Hey guys, I’m Ed!
I'm here to take you on your functional fitness journey and teach you PE with Movement Education! Functional movements are the movement patterns we use in everyday life, like squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling and core work. We use these when we’re getting out of bed, picking something off the floor and even sitting down on the toilet! They also help to develop balance, coordination and stability which we need for learning and playing sports. Time to teach you guys!
